Salary:       25,000 – 30,000THB +/- (Negotiable)

Location:   Sukhumvit 21 ,Bangkok

Our client is big brand of food manufacturing in Japan.

Responsibilities:

  • Platform Management: Oversee all sales duties for the company's official e-commerce platforms, ensuring a seamless customer journey.

  • Operations & Logistics: Collaborate with the fulfillment company to manage inventory effectively and track daily sales movement.

  • Sales & Business Development: Work closely with team members on all e-commerce business initiatives and conduct negotiations with consumers and associated companies.

  • Marketing & Content Creation: Partner with agencies to execute e-commerce marketing projects, create compelling content for official social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok), and manage affiliate marketing programs.

  • Promotions & Advertising: Develop and implement sales promotional tools, create engaging creative designs, and conduct advertising campaigns.

  • Customer Relations: Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to inquiries received through e-commerce platforms.

  • Reporting & Analysis: Generate monthly sales movement and financial reports in collaboration with the finance team, and actively manage e-commerce business profitability.

  • Administrative Support: Prepare quotations for customers and maintain organized customer profiles. 

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in e-commerce operations, ideally within the FMCG sector.

  • Strong understanding of online sales dynamics, digital marketing, and social media platforms.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • A data-driven approach to sales analysis and a passion for driving online growth.

  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and with external partners (agencies, logistics).

  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
