Responsibility
- Monitor shipment statuses and track product delivery dates to ensure precise and on-time deliveries.
- Facilitate for smooth transactions, manage quotation procedures including draft or review contracts.
- Conduct a general quality inspection on products to make sure that meet the standard.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable tracking and processing effectively for financial management.
- Take care of shipping document Including delivery orders, insurance document, invoices of food products.
- Participate in events/exhibitions to expand both domestic and international markets.
- Build a strong relationship with the exist customers.
- Compile market trends and industry data to support strategic decision-making.
- Perform office administration tasks to support the smooth operation of daily activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Logistics or related field.
- Excellent communication skill in Thai and English.
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service, import-export, logistics.
- Able to work independent under pressure.
- Good knowledge of customer service process, import-export process and customs process.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
