C&B Asst. Manager
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manage end-to-end payroll processes, including preparing payroll calculations, computation to ensure efficiency (completeness and accuracy in a timely manner)
• Lead C&B team to implement company's C&B strategy, policy, and procedure, continuously revise and perfect the relevant C&B policy and procedure as requested.
• Lead team to prepare monthly salary report, resigned employee’s salary report, and other analysis reports.
• Monitor and ensure that payroll processes comply with the company governance and statutory requirements
• Provide assistance for annual performance review, prepare merit increase summary report.
• Support and implement the HRIS system through go-live
• Another task from superior.
• Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and complex formulas
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Management or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in related roles within the manufacturing industry
• Strong English communication skills (spoken, written, and reading). Chinese language ability is a plus.
