Position: QC Assistant Manager
Salary: 50,000 – 60,000 THB / Month
Welfares: Bonus, plus attractive allowances

Responsibilities:
Oversee the activities of the Inspection Section to achieve the objectives and targets of the Quality Control Department.
Analyze and resolve issues related to in-process and final inspections.
Drive continuous quality improvement initiatives within the Inspection Section.
Manage specifications and ensure compliance with the company’s quality system and policies.
Implement quality standards, conduct audits, identify and resolve quality issues, recommend system improvements, and lead change initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in Quality Control within the automotive industry, specifically in die-casting and machining processes.
At least 5 years of experience in a managerial role at Supervisor or the Assistant Manager level.
Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
Strong analytical thinking, technical expertise, and leadership capabilities.
Ability to work effectively under pressure.
