We are looking for a data‑driven professional to lead analytics, business intelligence, and data governance initiatives while partnering closely with cross‑functional business teams.
Key Responsibilities
Lead data analytics and business intelligence activities, including developing dashboards and reports using Power BI
Define, implement, and promote effective data usage practices that support digital and business improvement initiatives
Manage data-related projects and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
Build, mentor, and develop a data/digital team, fostering a culture of continuous learning
Promote data governance awareness and support structured data management across the organization
Collaborate with business units to improve data quality, master data, and metadata management
Qualifications
Strong experience in data governance, data quality, and data management practices
Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, and data modeling, with knowledge of analytics/BI workflows
Experience working with cloud data architecture (Azure, AWS) or modern cloud DWH platforms
Ability to lead analytics teams, collaborate with stakeholders, and communicate effectively in English
Basic programming/scripting knowledge (e.g., Python) and experience with ELT/ETL or analytical tools
