Position: Business Development Manager [Logistics/3PL Background]
Business Type: Logistics-Warehouse-Supply Chain-Freight Forwarder.

Location:   BTS Thonglor
Working hour: Monday – Friday, 8.30 AM – 17.30 PM
Job Description
1. Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners, discovering and exploring opportunities.
2. Research and build relationships with new customers.
3. Plan approaches and pitches new business opportunities to meet sales target.
4. Develop and deliver innovative, implementable, and commercially viable customer centric solutions in support of new business growth opportunities.
5. Develop the Win Plan to secure the business pursuit by simulating/advising the most competitive selling rate(s) and participate in financial negotiations to ensure profitability and/or the recovery of all project and operation costs.
6. Define pricing scheme of the solution/service.
7. Prepare pitching presentations and present to the customer.
8. Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion.
9. Run commercial and trend analysis, scenario modelling and opportunity assessment leading to a commercial insight/recommendation/survey.
10. Create agreement document with customers.

Qualification:
•      Salary around 50,000 - 90,000 THB.
•    Bachelor's Degree or higher degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or related field.
•    At least 5 years’ experience in Sales, Business Management, Solution Design or Business Development.
•    Technical skills to understand and propose products or solutions by focusing on the client’s requirements.
•    Excellent presentation, negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
•    Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
•    Advanced MS Excel, MS PowerPoint.
•    Being able to work independently and under pressure with business-partner.
•    Good command in English.
•    Result Orientated and Growth Mindset.
