Job Description: 

  • Regularly review and update HR policies and procedures across all Southeast Asian countries.

     

  • Ensure all HR guidelines remain current and fully compliant with applicable local labor laws and regulations. 

  • Promote employee awareness and understanding of the company’s HR policies and procedures. 

  • Leverage internal communication platforms to effectively disseminate HR information and foster clarity.

     

     

 Recruitment; 

  •  Conduct HR-level interviews and propose suitable compensation and benefits packages for selected candidates.

  •  Support the onboarding process by delivering thorough induction and orientation sessions for new employees. 

  • Draft employment offer letters, create employee profiles in the HR system, and ensure personnel records are accurately maintained.

  • Review and update job descriptions regularly to ensure they accurately reflect current duties and expectations. Track probationary periods and organize timely evaluations prior to their conclusion.

     

     

Payroll ;

  • Monthly review and reconcile payroll to ensure accuracy. 

 

Compensation and benefits;

  • Regularly evaluate and assess compensation and benefits packages to maintain alignment with market standards and ensure equitable treatment within the organization. 

  • Compile and present yearly reports summarizing salary revisions and adjustments. 

  • Create and disseminate personalized communication regarding changes in compensation, including pay raises, promotions, bonuses, and other updates. 

 

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.

  • Minimum of 9-12 years+ experience in HRM and HRD within a multinational organization. 

  • Solid understanding of employment laws and HR practices. 

  • Strong leadership and managerial capabilities, with the ability to perform effectively under pressure. 

  • Proactive, goal-driven, and results-oriented. Proficient in computer applications including MS Office, PowerPoint, and internet tools. 

  • Excellent command of spoken and written English.
