Assistant HR Manager
Job Description:
- Oversee the entire recruitment process for both Head Office and Retail positions. 
- Facilitate onboarding to ensure a positive orientation experience for new Head Office employees. 
- Handle monthly payroll processing, including report submissions and statutory payments. 
- Serve as the liaison with government agencies regarding labor laws and HR regulations. 
- Coordinate with payroll vendors or responsible personnel for payroll processes. 
- Manage comprehensive HR operations, including payroll audits, expat visa applications/renewals, Long Service Award Program, performance management, employee engagement, and HR advisory in Thailand. 
- Collaborate with the Line Manager on HR strategic modernization and SEA HR transformation projects. 
- Address all HR matters in the store, including staff disciplinary actions and counseling. 
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover rates for Head Office and Retail Store. 
- Support annual HR processes such as performance appraisals and people reviews in Thailand. 
- Handle administrative tasks and partner with the Reward team in SEA. 
- Manage HR administration for all office-based employees in Thailand. 
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Line Manager. 
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in the retail industry or a similar field. 
- Energetic, proactive, and able to work independently while managing multiple tasks and tight deadlines. 
- In-depth knowledge of HR administrative procedures in Thailand. 
- Proficient in spoken and written English.
