Accounting Staff

Our client is Japanese Company, now seeking for an experienced candidate to join as an Accounting Staff (Workplace around BTS Prakanong, Bangkok)
Position:          Accounting Staff

Location:        Bangkok

Business:        Food Trading

Working hour: Monday – Friday, 9.00 AM – 18.00 PM (Hybrid Working)


Job Description

• Responsible for Accounting and office admin.
• Manage AP and AR, prepare AP/AR control in Excel.
• Handle store bank statements as manual with Excel.
• Create advance payment details by employees in Excel as manual.
• Receive and file original invoices, receipts, tax invoices, shipping slips, customs documents, and other accounting documents related to sales, purchase, and payment transactions.
• Issue and receive withholding tax certificates, receipts.
• Receipt payment invoices and tax invoices and receipts from branch office.
• Receipt of cost excel from branch office.
• Receipt of invoices and tax invoices and receipts from suppliers.
• Create salary payslip from Excel.

Qualification

• Welcoming Thai.
• Graduate in institution of education level, bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting.
• Over 2 years’ experience in Accounting, Office Admin, GA.
• Graduate in institution of education level, bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Ability to communicate in English with foreign boss.
• Able to use computer literacy in MS Office, Excel.
• Able to travel to work around BTS Prakanong, Bangkok.
