Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute the overall accounting and financial strategy for the company.
• Oversee monthly and annual closing processes and audit responses.
• Plan budgets, manage variances, and oversee cash flow planning and management.
• Handle tax declarations and coordinate with tax advisors.
• Manage the accounting department, including guiding, evaluating, and developing team members.
• Prepare financial reports and management analysis materials for executives.
• Improve and standardize accounting systems and business workflows.
• Coordinate external audits and tax filings.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of accounting standards and tax regulations.
• Demonstrate basic PC skills (e.g., Excel, accounting software)
• Collaboratively contribute to the creation of the company’s financial figures.
• Understand Japanese business culture and thinking.
• Possess experience in accounting within the manufacturing industry.
• Show motivation to grow with MTC as a future executive candidate.
• Exhibit a calm and composed personality.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in accounting and finance.
English proficiency is an advantage.
GPA: 3.2 or higher.
