Our client, Japanese Insurance Company is now seeking for an experienced candidate to join as a Senior Legal Officer
Qualification
- Thai native speaker
- Male or Female
- Bachelor's degree in Law.
- 2-3 years’ experience in legal area
- Good communication skills and fluent in both English and Thai.
Job Description
- To review and draft agreements and legal documents both in Thai and English.
- To provide legal opinion focusing on labor law and business law.
- To ensure the compliance with laws of the companies.
- To monitor the updated laws and regulations.
- To coordinate with external lawyer and government officials from time to time.
- Other tasks as assigned.
