Our client, Japanese Company which is well known for Medical Device, is now seeking for a Sales and Marketing Manager (Medical Devices) to expand business in Thailand (Startup Company).
Responsibilities:
- Key Account Management – Sales Target achievement, territory management and coverage, product knowledge and selling competencies, building brand value for the assigned key account.
- Collaborative promotion with team - Establish close collaborative working relationship to achieve desired business results.
- Work on new KOL development by organizing ad boards, speaker trainings, etc.
- Lead KOL mapping, listing and management
- Organize scientific events, product presentation and speaker programs to maximize the brand value
- Develop excellent relations with team and collaborate through a constructive approach to sales meeting and the resolution of day-to-day business issues
Qualification required:
- Any Gender, Thai nationality only
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Science or Related fields
- Good command in English both writing and speaking
- Minimum 5 years medical sales/medical representative experience in multinational company
- High responsibility and able to work flexible hours
- Computer literate, especially in Excel and Power Point
- Own transportation and driver license
- Energetic and be able to work independently
- Good communication, positive attitude, strong interpersonal, negotiation, selling and presentation skills
Location: Bangkok (Downtown)
Working time: Mon – Fri / 9:00 AM. – 6:00 PM.
