Responsibilities:
- Identify new prospects and potential clients
- Manage sales cycle - set appointments, make sales pitches & close sales
- Be in constant contact with potential clients through emails, messages and phone calls
- Work closely with the legal team to prepare legal documentation for clients
- Meet and exceed sales goals
- Develop a strong Real Estate network in Thailand
Qualifications:
- Female or Male- Fluent English speaking only
- Expat candidates are welcome
- Thai candidates are welcome (Fluent English skill)
- Strong knowledge of the Real Estate Market
- At least 3 years’ experience in Real Estate
- Skilled in sales and negotiation
- Very active and good personality
- Good English writing skills
Location: Base at Phuket
Work hour: Mon – Fri 9.00am-6.00pm.
