Our client is a Japanese logistics company, is now looking for an experienced candidate to join as the detail below.
Qualification:
- Thai nationality, female. Age 25-35 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in any field related
- At least 3 years’ experience as Secretary, Personal Assistant or any position related
- Fluent in Japanese (Up to JLPT N2) and English
- Experience in logistic business is advantage
- Able to use MS office (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Interpersonal skill, high service mind, multitask skill and detail-oriented
Job Description:
- Big company
- Schedule management and booking for Japanese boss
- Document control (creating/checking documents) including admin support
- Contact/coordinate Japanese customers (take their order and arrange moving schedule)
- Coordinate a process with staff and customers
Allowance:
- Bonus: around 3 months, depend on company profit
- Transportation
- Provident fund
- Health insurance
Working hours:
- Monday - Friday
- 8:30 - 18:00
