Our client is a well-known car distributor company. Currently, they are looking for an HR Manager to join their team.


  • Responsible for all HR functions including recruitment, compensation and benefits, payroll processing, training and development, company’s regulations and employee relations
  • Responsible for all Administrative tasks including managing maids and securities
  • Design compensation & benefits strategies and programs to ensure that they are competitive, align with the business objectives and legal compliance
  • Build sustainable partnerships with managers to understand their business priorities and provide HR solutions that will deliver align with the business objectives
  • Provide guidance and consult on Human Resources issues when requested by the management level or when needed to improve a division’s performance or relationships
  • Provide leadership, management, coaching and mentoring to other personnel within the company
  • Coordinate with external offices such as government sectors or other companies
  • Prepare reports, submissions and other necessary correspondence relevant to HR matters


  • Minimum of bachelor’s degree or Higher in Human Resources Management, Political Science, Psychology or related fields
  • At least 3 years in Human Resources management level
  • Experienced in Automotive company is a plus
  • Strong knowledge in Thai Labor Law
  • Good leadership, interpersonal skill and able to work well under pressure
  • Good computer literature
  • Ability to communicate in English
