Our client is a well-known car distributor company. Currently, they are looking for an HR Manager to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all HR functions including recruitment, compensation and benefits, payroll processing, training and development, company’s regulations and employee relations
- Responsible for all Administrative tasks including managing maids and securities
- Design compensation & benefits strategies and programs to ensure that they are competitive, align with the business objectives and legal compliance
- Build sustainable partnerships with managers to understand their business priorities and provide HR solutions that will deliver align with the business objectives
- Provide guidance and consult on Human Resources issues when requested by the management level or when needed to improve a division’s performance or relationships
- Provide leadership, management, coaching and mentoring to other personnel within the company
- Coordinate with external offices such as government sectors or other companies
- Prepare reports, submissions and other necessary correspondence relevant to HR matters
Qualifications
- Minimum of bachelor’s degree or Higher in Human Resources Management, Political Science, Psychology or related fields
- At least 3 years in Human Resources management level
- Experienced in Automotive company is a plus
- Strong knowledge in Thai Labor Law
- Good leadership, interpersonal skill and able to work well under pressure
- Good computer literature
- Ability to communicate in English
