Responsibilities:
- Handle recruitment process including reference checks and employment verification when required
 - Develop and co-ordinate orientation program for new employees
 - Create company’s brand in the talent market and manage the employment section of the corporate website
 - Develop and maintain relationships with relevant insurance related professional associations to support recruitment efforts
 - Maintain, communicate and ensure ongoing access to policies contained in Employee Handbook
 - Support the annual remuneration review for office in Thailand
 - Administer employee group insurance and provident fund schemes
 - Preparation of annual remuneration budgets
 - Be familiar with the Labor Protection Act and other relevant laws as they relate to employees of the Company
 - Benchmarking compensations & benefits, Thailand market
 - Support the management planning/succession planning process
 
Requirements:
- Thai Nationality
 - Bachelor’s Degree or higher degree in Human Resource Management or related field
 - Minimum 4 years working experience in HRM & Admin Role [Payroll (Outsource), Compensation & Benefits (C&B), Recruitment & Selection Process, Labour Law, Visa & Work Permit (Outsource), Provident Fund, Group Insurance, Social Security]
 - Good command of English both spoken and written (coordinate with oversea and expats staff)
 - Multi-task ability, good corporate communication skills, active, fast learner, problem solving, and coordination skills
