Description
Get requirement, create design and instruction to developer
Design software program specification, test case & documentation
Manage testing, UAT support
Plan tasks and schedule by WBS (Work Breakdown Structure)
Manage team and manage project as team leader
Handle software documentation thus system workflow, use case, ER diagram, data dictionary, program specification
Oversee installation and testing correcting problems before the final version is released
Teach and train team member
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Programming, Software Development, Computer Science,
Information Technology or related field
10+ years of work experiences in System Analyst and specializing in Java/ Java Spring boot programming
Experience in managing IT project of Manufacturing /Production Control System, SCM (Logistics)
Experience in managing team
Experience in working with global company/ global IT system
Skill of SQL and Database (SQL Server, Oracle, etc.)
Experience in working with vendor, designing system and testing software
Familiar with Work Breakdown Structure
English communication skill (Work with International manager)
Candidate who has Japanese language is a plus.
