Location: Ratchadapisek, Bangkok
Overview: Our client business is a newly established subsidiary of one of international financial holding company which set business in Thailand almost 30 years.
You will be the first IT employee and will be working alone in Thailand, coordinating remotely with 1-2 overseas sites.
Description
Support IT system mainly for Thailand office and also support overseas site (1-2 country)
Work as the central point of contact for regional users, provide regional support and manage daily IT operations
Manage system improvements, upgrades, and the resolution of system issues
Oversee local and regional IT vendors/ partners
Provide support change management, user onboarding/offboarding, and IT asset management process
Ensure IT security policies in compliance with PDPA and governance standards across all countries (Thailand and another 2 countries)
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, related
- 7+ year of work experiences in IT Regional Support.
- Experience in IT SAP S4/HANA system
- Experience in supporting IT infra, IT System, Security, governance and managing vendors.
- Flexibility to travel upcountry if requested (10%)
- Able to work alone and work with dynamic environment
- Able to manage team if assign
