The Company is Japanese, now seeking for an experienced candidate to join as
Sales Staff (Leasing Products) (Workplace around MRT Loompini, Bangkok).

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain existing clients in order to maintain the good relationship as well as to gather their information on investment and financial policy.
Increased product sales for the company, achieve sales target.
Visit the suppliers in order to maintain the good relationship, promote leasing business and seek for the business partners.
Conduct financial analysis (BS, PL, Cash Flow) and analyst the customer’s strength, weakness, customer’s policies, and their strategies.
Gather all necessary documents from customers for credit approval.
Prepare a marketing comments and credit application under above analysis.
Negotiate, coordinate and cooperate with suppliers to determine the specification of leased asset, the starting date of the agreement and due payment.
Monitor payment from customers in the team and try to solve the problem.
Service and assist customers of each requirement.
Other tasks assigned by Manager.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
This position has only base salary around 30,000 - 45,000 THB (No Commission)
Experience in leasing, banking business will be advantage
Experience over 2 years as Sales in Leasing, Banking business will be advantage
Graduate in institution of education level, bachelor’s degree or higher.
Ability to communicate in English with foreign boss.
Having TOEIC Score to ensure English skill will be advantage.
Able to use computer literacy in MS Office, Excel.
Able to travel to work around MRT Lumpini area, Bangkok.
