Location : Bangkok
Responsibilities:
- assist in reviewing the performance testing process, acceptance criteria, and RMA history to mirror consumer behavior (based on customer insight).
- Establish a testing strategy, lead reporting, and performance test analysis for finished goods and raw materials for a typical NPI.
- Oversee wearing test activity, including reporting and analysis of wearing test results.
- Lead reporting and analysis of performance test results for finished goods.
- Support new I&PD innovations and make sure the quality aspect is taken into account.
- Assist with testing data to strengthen the product concept's or design's weak points.
- Help with research and test creation to meet requirements in accordance with design intent
- Assistance in developing and implementing test protocols and acceptance standards that ensure product compliance and conformance
- For any testing request, coordinate lab activities with those of other departments.
- Ensure that the items meet the requirements for regulatory compliance and quality.
- Make a list of the measurements and standards for testing. Make sure these are updated and escalate problems as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Science, Gemmologist, Physic, Chemistry, Industrial, Metallurgyfield
- 3 years of experience in quality assurance.
- Experience of R&D, Lab testing, Product development
- Experience of jewellery is preferred.
- The capacity to collaborate with both internal and external departments
- Have multifunctional skill and problem-solving skill
- Honest, teamwork, proactive
- Lab testing skill
- Great communication skill in Thai and English
