Our client specializes in Plastic Packaging/Label business
Position: Senior Sales (Shrink Sleeve)
Salary: 35,000 – 45,000 THB
Location: Bangkok (near BTS)
Key Responsibilities of the position:
- Achieve annual sales targets and drive revenue growth for assigned customers, product lines, and applications.
- Develop new business opportunities and sales pipelines, including identifying potential projects and market segments.
- Maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication, timely follow-ups, and providing both B25pre‑sales technical support and after‑sales service.
- Analyze sales performance, costs, and market/competitor information to support strategic decision‑making.
- Coordinate internal and external sales activities to ensure smooth project execution and deliver exceptional customer satisfaction.
Qualifications required:
- Bachelor's Degree in Packaging Technology, Business Administration, Marketing or related
- Minimum 4 years of working experience in sales within the packaging industry
- Experience of shrink sleeve packaging, flexible packaging, film materials, or related industries.
- Experience in export sales is an advantage but not required.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
- Positive attitude, Independent & Self-driven, service-minded, and result oriented with entrepreneurial spirit.
- Good command of English (TOEIC score of 500 or above)
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Has valid driving license
