Our client is global leader Packaging Machinery for Pharmaceutical industry. And now is looking for a Senior Sales Engineer / Sales Manager to support Pharmaceutical industry in the APAC business.
The successful applicant should be confident in fulfilling the following responsibilities.
Key responsibilities
- Proactive Prospecting: Identify and research potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, social media, and networking events.
- Generate high-quality leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, understanding their needs and challenges to effectively position our products/services.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and customer feedback to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Provide regular sales reports to the General Manager, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.
- Actively collaborate on marketing topics to create and implement strategic marketing initiatives for the Pharma Unit.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activities using the CRM system.
- Sales support to GM for OEM business and international market development
- Handling any other jobs as assigned.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering or other related fields.
- At least 3 years of work experience in machinery sales.
- Analytical, strategic skills and logical thinking with a sound understanding of commercial businesses.
- Creative, problem solver with ability and experience in understanding the needs of customers and delivering solutions.
- Ability to translate complex technology processes into meaningful solutions that address business needs.
- Strong commitment to sales with good interpersonal skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Flexible and autonomous personality, ability to work under pressure.
- Good learning attitude
- Independent working style, self-driven and results oriented.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
- Good command of English.
