Senior Manager of Product
Responsibility
- Lead the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for e-commerce projects (E-Marketplace), ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including business leaders, developers, designers, and marketers, to define requirements and prioritize features based on value and feasibility.
- Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and other product documentation to communicate requirements effectively to development teams.
- Drive the agile development process, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management, to deliver features on time and within budget.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation and differentiation.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and user feedback to measure the success of product initiatives and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
- Act as a subject matter expert on e-commerce trends, technologies, and best practices, providing guidance and mentorship to team members.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on e-commerce or digital products.
- Proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects on time and within budget.
- Deep understanding of e-commerce technologies, including website development, payment processing, and order fulfillment systems.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision-making and optimize product performance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and build consensus across different teams.
- Experience working in an agile environment, using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar.
- Passion for e-commerce and a customer-centric mindset, with a dedication to delivering exceptional user experiences.
