Senior Manager of Product

Responsibility 

  • Lead the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for e-commerce projects (E-Marketplace), ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including business leaders, developers, designers, and marketers, to define requirements and prioritize features based on value and feasibility.
  • Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and other product documentation to communicate requirements effectively to development teams.
  • Drive the agile development process, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management, to deliver features on time and within budget.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation and differentiation.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and user feedback to measure the success of product initiatives and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on e-commerce trends, technologies, and best practices, providing guidance and mentorship to team members.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on e-commerce or digital products.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Deep understanding of e-commerce technologies, including website development, payment processing, and order fulfillment systems.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision-making and optimize product performance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and build consensus across different teams.
  • Experience working in an agile environment, using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar.
  • Passion for e-commerce and a customer-centric mindset, with a dedication to delivering exceptional user experiences.
