Senior Litigator
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage a wide range of litigation cases, including intellectual property, labor, civil/commercial, and criminal matters.
- Develop litigation strategies and compile supporting evidence.
- Draft legal pleadings and other related court documents.
- Prepare reports and deliver legal opinions to clients.
- Assist with additional dispute-resolution tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- LL.B./LL.M. with prior hands-on litigation experience.
- Licensed Thai attorney with a valid lawyer license.
- Proficient in MS Office, Excel, and presentation tools (PowerPoint, Canva, Google Slides), as well as online research tools.
Skills & Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of professional work experience.
- Strong English reading skills.
- Creative and strategic problem‑solving abilities.
- Effective communication skills.
- Solid understanding of litigation processes and court procedures.
Experience in IP litigation or trademark prosecution is a plus.
