Senior Human Resources Development

The company is Japanese business, at this moment, seeking for an experienced candidate to join as Senior HRD (Workplace at Rojana, Ayutthaya)

Position:         Senior HRD

Location:       Rojana Industrial Estate, Ayutthaya

Business:       Manufacturing

Salary:           30,000 - 35,000 THB

Working hour: Monday – Friday: 8.00 AM – 17.00 PM (1-2 Saturday working per month)


Job Description

• Responsible for HR Development, training, OD.
• Manage HRD team.
• Designing and implementing action plans, programs, and training materials.
• Analyze company goals, structures, processes, and resources.
• Consulting with related department to development and hiring personnel.
• Manage training both individual and group training sessions for personnel.
• Providing related training document and presenting progress to top management level.
• Other tasks as assigned.

Qualification

• Welcoming Thai
• Graduate in institution of education level, bachelor’s degree or higher in any related fields.
• Over 6 years working experience in HRD, Training, Facilitators.
• Ability to communicate in English with foreign boss.
• Able to use computer literacy in MS Office, Excel.
• Able to work at Rojana Industrial Estate, Ayutthaya
