Position: Senior Civil Engineer – Formwork & Drafting – 100K

Salary: 80,000 – 100,000
Responsibilities:
- Lead engineering and drafting for presales and active projects; develop safe and feasible formwork concepts.
- Perform structural analysis and prepare calculation packages to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Oversee project kick‑off meetings, track deliverables, and review drawings and equipment lists.
- Collaborate with sales, field teams, inventory, and warehouse operations to support smooth project execution.
- Build and manage the engineering team, including hiring, training, coaching, and performance reviews.
- Monitor KPIs such as drafting productivity, Revit utilization, contribution margin, and order processing efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of project experience; engineering leadership experience preferred.
- Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to handle technical calculations, manage multiple projects, and work under pressure.
- Excellent English communication skill.
