Position: Sales Supervisor (Modern Trade)
Salary: 35,000 – 40,000THB +/- (Negotiable)
Location: Bangkok
Our client is a well-known Processed Food Manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities of the position:
Introduce, demonstrate, and close sales of company products to clients (Modern Trade)
Maintain regular client visits to strengthen relationships and present newly launched products.
Develop sales plans and marketing activities to promote both new and existing products in order to achieve sales targets.
Handle customer inquiries and requirements, including negotiations, to ensure efficient and seamless operations.
Collaborate closely with the sales team and cross-functional departments such as R&D, Accounting, Planning, and Warehouse to support business activities.
Study market trends and customer behavior to identify opportunities and contribute ideas for new product development (NPD).
Monitor stock levels, manage production requests with planning teams, and minimize the risk of product shortages.
Conduct ongoing analysis of customer data and competitor information, including pricing and product attributes.
Prepare regular sales reports, analyze performance, summarize key insights, and update management on weekly progress.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or a related discipline, with a minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the processed food industry.
Proven experience in sales roles within business groups such as department stores, cafés, bakeries, or similar establishments.
Strong interpersonal skills with a pleasant personality and a customer-oriented mindset.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and negotiation abilities.
Self-motivated, enthusiastic, punctual, open-minded, and committed to achieving goals.
Able to drive and possess a valid driver’s license.
