Job Description:
- Provide sales support for Chinese accounts, ensuring clear and accurate communication with customers through email, telephone, and other channels.
- Deliver comprehensive administrative and clerical assistance to the sales team.
- Facilitate smooth communication between sales, customers, and both internal and external parties through courteous and prompt coordination and correspondence.
- Prepare quotations and documents as instructed by the sales team.
- Conduct follow-up actions related to sales and shipment matters as requested.
- Input sales-related information into internal systems when required.
- Provide high-quality service to customers and manage customer complaints professionally and effectively.
- Perform telemarketing activities or join sales visits with local sales staff to support business development.
- Prepare various reports as needed.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or any related field.
- 2+ years of experience in logistics or trading business, with relevant knowledge of shipping process.
- Fluent in Chinese language, HSK 5 or 6 is required.
- Proficient in English (both written and spoken), able to communicate with international team.
- Supportive with communication and coordination skills.
