Job Description:
- Identify and develop strategic suppliers (local and oversea) to support business objectives.
- Negotiate pricing, product & quality requirements, and production timelines with suppliers.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure smooth operations and long-term partnership.
- Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure project execution aligns with client requirements.
- Manage customer projects within industrial and electronics product categories.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 8-10 years of experience in trading or manufacturing within industrial or electronics products (B2B sectors).
- Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
- Japanese language: Business level (JLPT N1 required).
- English: Good communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with international teams.
- Knowledge of sourcing strategies and supplier relationship management for industrial products.
