Job Title: Sales Engineer – Injection Molding Machines
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled Sales Executive to drive sales of injection molding machines and related solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial machinery sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the plastics manufacturing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the plastics and manufacturing sectors.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals to clients.
Technical Consultation
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable injection molding machines and automation solutions.
Collaborate with engineering and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Market Intelligence
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Provide feedback to product and marketing teams for continuous improvement.
Sales Process Management
Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery and installation.
Reporting
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and forecasts using CRM tools.
Report regularly to the Sales Manager or Regional Director.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field.
5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in industrial machinery or plastics processing equipment.
Strong technical understanding of injection molding processes and machinery.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Willingness to travel domestically and occasionally internationally.
