Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the company’s Occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) programs in accordance with Thai laws and industry standards.
Develop, implement, and continuously improve preventive safety management systems to reduce workplace accidents and occupational hazards.
Conduct regular safety patrols, risk assessments, and workplace inspections to identify unsafe conditions and recommend corrective actions.
Plan, organize, and deliver safety training programs for employees at all levels to strengthen safety awareness and compliance.
Ensure full compliance with all relevant Thai HSE regulations and statutory requirements, including documentation and reporting to government authorities.
Monitor and control environmental performance, including wastewater treatment, waste management, emissions, and other environmental parameters.
Oversee compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and other applicable management system requirements.
Investigate incidents and near-misses, determine root causes, and drive long‑term corrective and preventive actions.
Coordinate with internal departments and external agencies to ensure alignment of HSE policies across the organization.
Stay updated on changes in HSE laws, standards, and best practices and translate them into practical implementation on the shop floor.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in occupational health and safety, Environmental Science, Industrial Engineering,
or a related field.
Certified Safety Officer at Professional Level (Jor Por Yor), approved by the Thai government.
Minimum 5 years of experience in HSE management within the manufacturing industry.
Strong knowledge of Thai Occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental laws and regulatory requirements.
Proven skills in safety risk assessment, accident prevention planning, safety inspections, and environmental monitoring.
Experience managing compliance with IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 management systems.
Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization and conduct impactful safety training.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret legal changes and implement them operationally.
Proactive, detail‑oriented, and capable of leading HSE initiatives independently.
Good command of English (written and spoken) is an advantage.
