Job Description: Sales & Marketing Manager (Japanese Speaking)
- Overseeing local and export sales.
- Planning and directing the hiring and training of new Sales officer
- Directing and coordinating all sales activities locally and export
- Preparing sales budgets and projections and approving expenditures
- Tracking and analyzing sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics
- Responsible for preparing sales documents such as Sales Order, Invoice, documents related to sales, etc.
- Responsible for coordinating with customers from receiving orders until delivering products to customers.
- Responsible for communicating and coordinating within the organization to ensure smooth delivery.
- Setting sales quotas and goals
Overseeing and directing performance of the sales team
Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- At lease 5 years in sales & marketing
- Strong interpersonal communication
- Able to work multi-skills & well manage job duties
- Strong work ethic, self-motivation, integrity and honestly
- Can speak Japanese (JLPT N2)
- Good English
- Good computer skills
