Job Title: Restaurant Manager (Japanese Speaking, JLPTN3+)
Location: Bangkok (BTS accessible)
Job Type: Tuesday - Sunday from 11:00-14:30 and 17:00-22:00
Responsibility:
Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and customer satisfaction.
Handle customer requests, reservations, etc.
Manage team schedule of approximately 10 staff, including staff guidance and evaluation.
Monitor food quality, hygiene standards, and compliance with the health regulations.
Coordinate with suppliers for inventory and ordering request.
Manage cash handling, daily sales reports, and basic accounting tasks.
Support Japanese management on promotions, menu updates, and other business improvements.
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Experienced in working at Japanese restaurant as Manager/Assistant Manager/Leader role.
- Proficient in Japanese (minimum intermediate or JLPTN3).
- Proficient in English (minimum intermediate) will be an advantage.
- Service mind and cheerful personality will be an advantage.
