Job Description
Manage the Reliability Framework: Develop and maintain the reliability management system within the organization.
Failure Analysis: Inspect and analyze equipment failure reports and prepare root cause analysis reports.
Predictive Maintenance: Plan and monitor maintenance activities using sensor data or analytical systems.
Data Analysis Techniques: Apply data analysis tools to improve equipment and process performance.
Safety Alerts: Communicate safety risks or incidents to the team.
Engineering Personnel Needs: Forecast and plan the required number of engineers for operations.
Equipment Strategy Evaluation: Assess and improve strategies for equipment utiliztion and maintenance.
Criticality Analysis: Review and update equipment criticality rankings based on production impact.
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in equipment reliability, failure analysis, and problem resolution.
Extensive experience in the following techniques and strategies:
Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM)
Statistical analysis techniques
Condition monitoring techniques
