From mold design and injection molding to plating, painting, laser processing, printing, and assembly, we provide an integrated one-stop service and deliver high-quality products primarily to the automotive industry.
Position: Injection Molding Engineer
Industry: Manufacturing, Automotive parts, plastic injection molding, printing
Location: Bangsaothong, Samutprakan
Working days/hours: Monday-Friday, 07:45-17:30 hrs. (3 Saturdays/Year)
Responsibilities:
- Standardization of molding and tooling maintenance
- Tooling design outsourced; focus on maintenance and setting molding conditions
- Example: determining molding parameters such as temperature settings
- Machines: 100–350 tons
- Preparation of WI, CP, and other process documentation (work instructions, control plans, etc.)
- Support and guidance for molding line operations, with potential to lead and control the line in the future
Qualifications:
- Strong experience in plastic injection molding and tooling
- Honest and reliable personality
- Has experience "Improve proposal, leading improve project, Analyze the problem" *Proactive
- Background in automotive plastic components is highly valued
- Able to communicate in English with Japanese executives for daily working conversation
