Position: R&D Supervisor (Food manufacturing)
Salary: 30,000 – 40,000THB +/- (Negotiable)
Location: Saraburi / Lopburi
Our client is big brand manufacturing frozen food products.
Key Responsibilities of the position:
Product Development & Innovation: Lead the creation of new food products from initial concept to commercial production. This includes formulating recipes, selecting and testing ingredients, and ensuring products meet consumer demand and company standards.
Team Leadership & Management: Supervise, mentor, and train a team of food technologists and scientists. Oversee daily R&D activities, assign projects, manage timelines, and ensure a collaborative and productive work environment.
Process Improvement: Drive initiatives to improve existing products by enhancing their taste, texture, nutritional value, shelf life, or cost-efficiency. This involves experimenting with new ingredients, technologies, and production methods.
Regulatory Compliance: Guarantee all products and processes adhere to food safety regulations, including those set by organizations like the FDA, as well as internal quality standards like HACCP and GMP.
Project Management: Manage R&D projects from a technical and administrative perspective, including budgeting, resource allocation, and reporting progress to senior management.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or master's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Food Engineering, or a related field.
More than 3-5 years of experience in R&D food manufacturing.
level communication skills in English.
Advance using Excel Program.
Knowledge in HACCP and GMP.
