Position Overview:
The QA Supervisor report to the QA Manager.
Quality Assurance Supervisor to oversee the inspection of components used in the automotive industry. This role involves managing incoming quality control, preparing PPAP and 8D reports, and ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards. The ideal candidate will have strong English communication skills, experience working with international suppliers, and the ability to lead a small QA team in a fast-paced, high-precision environment.
Responsibilities:
Customer Relationship Building (Acquisition & Maintenance)
Supervise and inspect the quality of incoming materials (Incoming Quality Control)
Analyze and prepare 8D Reports for quality issue resolution
Prepare and review PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) documentation
Coordinate with production, purchasing, and overseas suppliers to resolve quality issues
Communicate with both customers (buyers) and suppliers (sellers) to ensure product and service quality
Negotiate effectively with customers and suppliers to resolve issues and maintain satisfaction
Lead and manage a quality control team of 3–5 members to ensure efficient operations
Support internal and external audits
Manage all costs associated with sorting and defective parts (Cost recovery)
Responsible for the inventory management of any defective material and disposition
Other tasks as directed by Quality Manager or Managing Director
Quality Assurance Functional Competencies

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Science, or a related field
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in quality inspection within the automotive industry or trading business
Knowledge and experience in Incoming Inspection, PPAP, and 8D Reports
Good command of English (speaking, reading, writing) with a TOEIC score of 750 or above
Experience in coordinating with international partners and strong negotiation skills
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Knowledge of ISO9001 and IATF16949 standards is an advantage
Familiar with general automotive supply chain processes in Senko’s role as wholesale distributor is an advantage
