Our client specializes in Electronic Manufacturer business
Position: Production Planning (Supervisor)
Salary: 25,000 – 35,000 THB
Location: Samut Prakan (Bang Poo Factory)
Key Responsibilities of the position:
Develop and maintain production plans based on sales forecasts, customer orders, and inventory levels.
Monitor daily production schedules and adjust plans to meet changing priorities or unexpected disruptions.
Analyze production capacity and allocate resources effectively to meet demand.
Collaborate with engineering, quality assurance procurement and warehouse to ensure smooth production flow and material availability.
Track production performance metrics (e.g., on-time delivery, capacity utilization).
Prepare regular reports for management on production status and planning efficiency.
Qualifications required:
Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in electronic business.
Strong knowledge of production processes and supply chain principles.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Good command of English and Chinese (is a plus).
