Position: Product Planning (Patissier) (Leader-Assistant Manager)

Location: Khlongtan Nua, Bangkok
Working days/hours: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 08:30-17:30 hrs.
Responsibilities:
Develop dessert products for our Japanese restaurant
Selection of raw materials according to the regulations of each country.
Coordinating and negotiating with importers, manufacturers, processors, and suppliers related to desserts.
Develop desserts that complement the sushi menu, calculate product costs, and present new products and concepts within the organization.

Qualifications:
Have practical experience in product development as a patissier (pastry maker).
Cheerful, bright, and gets along well with colleagues.
Candidates who like to try new things are quick-witted.
Someone who can use basic Excel (not a beginner level; able to enter numbers and create tables or lists of data).
Someone with experience as a patissier in a hotel or bakery.
Individuals with knowledge and understanding of importers, manufacturers, processors, and suppliers related to dessert products within Thailand.
