They are looking for a dynamic and strategic product manager to lead marketing efforts for their Monitoring & IT Systems portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the subject matter expert for assigned products, including technical knowledge, applications and market trends.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive business growth and customer engagement.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer needs to shape product positioning, pricing and distribution strategies.
- Monitor local competition and recommend strategies to grow and protect market share.
- Create tailored messaging and value propositions for different customer segments.
- Lead marketing campaigns and collaborate with key opinion leaders to enhance brand visibility.
- Work closely with sales, service, project teams, and channel partners to deliver impactful marketing initiatives.
- Manage product portfolio configuration, pricing and promotional activities.
- Support product launches with localized plans and marketing materials.
- Provide sales teams with training, tools and collateral to support the sales cycle.
- Contribute to annual marketing planning and budgeting.
Qualifications
- More than 5 years of experience in the healthcare environment (operating rooms, intensive care, neonatal care or related areas).
- More than 3 years of experience in product management, including pricing and new product launches.
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Proactive and hands-on approach to execution.
