Position:
Responsibilities:
• Manage product packaging development from planning to launch, coordinating with internal and external teams.
• Oversee design projects, printing processes, and ensure label compliance with regulations.
• Create technical documents, schedules, and provide project updates.
• Source materials, identify process improvements, and collaborate with digital marketing for new product promotion.
• Maintain strong communication with all stakeholders and ensure compliance with company policies.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Food Science.
• 2+ years of experience in product development or 1+ year of experience as a coordinator with overseas stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
