About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Procurement and Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimize our procurement and supply chain operations within the manufacturing sector. This role is critical to ensuring cost efficiency, timely delivery, and quality standards across all processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, including planning, sourcing, logistics, and inventory management.
- Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
- Collaborate with production, quality assurance, and finance teams to meet operational goals.
- Ensure timely delivery of raw materials and components to support manufacturing schedules.
- Analyze data to forecast demand and optimize inventory levels.
- Lead and mentor the procurement and supply chain team to achieve performance targets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in procurement and supply chain management within the manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, vendor management, and contract negotiation.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and supply chain software.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
