Our client is providing local and international ICT solutions and assistance for Thai business growth.
They are looking for a Presales (IT Engineer) who has a strong background in IT Solution and Infrastructure.
Location: Bangkok.
Responsibilities
- In charge of providing technical support to the sales team, gathering requirements from them, and designing solutions for customers.
- Produce a Bill of Materials (BoM) and proposal.
- Coordinate with connected parties to manage a large-scale project.
Requirements:
- Bachelor/Master's in computer engineering, computer science, IT or other related fields
- Knowledge of network, server, and security aspects of IT infrastructure.
- Provide and complete IT solutions for clients, including workstations, servers, networks, and CCTV
- Possess great expertise with storage, Microsoft 365, backup solutions, virtualization, and on-premise servers.
- Possess a great deal of Windows Server System (AD, DNS, DHCP, WSUS, IIS, File Server) experience.
- Possess experience in installation, configuration, troubleshooting, system analysis, and integration design.
- Having knowledge of cloud solutions (AWS, Azure) will be beneficial.
- Having a Microsoft Certification is beneficial.
- Strong written and spoken English proficiency.
- Capable of working under time constraints and pressure.
- Have a quick learning curve and an open mind to new information.
- Possess a strong sense of service-mindedness.
- Able to work weekends based on assigned project.
