Our client is international IT industry. They are looking for a potential candidate to join their new office in Bangkok.
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring that system pricing is accurately maintained to facilitate effective communication between our clients and service providers.
- Implementing setting changes on bridging and trading platforms to enhance operational efficiency.
- Providing comprehensive product support on matters like specifications, session times, swaps, holidays, and margin rates.
- Configuring and managing groups, symbols, securities, and accounts on trading platforms.
- Compiling diverse trade reports and conducting in-depth data analysis.
- Assisting in the generation of a variety of trade-related statistics.
- Facilitating client deposits and withdrawals as per their requests.
- Your role is integral to the smooth functioning of our trading operations, ensuring that our clients have access to accurate and timely information while maintaining the integrity of our trading platforms.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (such as Business, Finance, Economics) is desirable, although not mandatory.
- Fluent in Thai and good command in English.
- At least 1 year of previous work experience in administrative roles or related positions, which demonstrates a foundational understanding of the industry.
- Proficiency in MetaTrader and OneZero, demonstrating a solid knowledge of these trading platforms.
- A comprehensive grasp of CFDs in Forex, Indices, Shares, Commodities, and Cryptocurrencies.
- Exceptional skills in using MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- The ability to take ownership and responsibility for their tasks, ensuring their completion with precision.
- Strong aptitude for managing stakeholders effectively, fostering positive relationships.
- Well-versed in the intricacies of the FX trading world, equipped with the technical knowledge and interpersonal skills necessary to excel in this demanding role.
