Requirements:
Proven ability and experience in project leader, particularly in product developmenｔ at least 3 years.
Understanding of Design for Manufacturing processes and analysis methods such as FMEA or DRBFM.
Basic knowledge of motor for air-conditioner or electrical appliance design.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and lead a team to work effectively together.
Ability to work efficiently with various departments and organizational levels.
- Understanding of motor manufacturing and testing processes, including quality standard requirements.
- Understanding of air conditioning systems or the HVAC industry.
Qualifications:
- Research and implement new motor technologies to reduce costs and improve competitiveness.
- Manage motor development projects to ensure alignment with project master plans and schedules.
- Collaborate with mid-engineers, and manager to gather requirements and define motor specifications.
- Coordinate between departments, including suppliers and partners.
- Risk Management and develop strategies to address challenges.
- Promote process improvement, teamwork, and ongoing efficiency enhancements.
