Job Descriptions:
Initiating and managing NPD (with regional team), marketing strategies and plans (BTL/ATL), as well as sales distribution for Thai market.
Monitoring all campaign progress, evaluating result of marketing activities and marketing communications, and then reporting the concrete feedback for further improvement to the management.
Developing approved communication and best utilizing selective media to ensure sales conversion in cooperation with advertising agency.
Manage distributor partners, agency or outsource creative to develop to design for each marketing campaign.
Manage and update sales promotion.
P&L management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor or Master degree in Marketing or any related field
Min. 8 years of working experiences in Marketing, Advertising, Communication or any related field
Proven experience in brand and marketing management for FMCG, OTC healthcare products
Good command of English both written and spoken
Strong inter-personal, management, negotiation skills
