Role Overview
The Supply Chain Manager will oversee end-to-end supply chain operations for healthcare products, ensuring timely procurement, inventory management, and distribution to meet business objectives and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize cost, efficiency, and service levels.
- Monitor stock levels, forecast demand, and ensure adequate inventory to prevent shortages or overstock.
- Coordinate transportation and warehousing to ensure timely delivery to hospitals, clinics, and distributors.
- Ensure all processes comply with healthcare regulations, import/export laws, and quality standards.
- Negotiate contracts, maintain strong relationships with suppliers, and collaborate with internal teams.
- Track KPIs, analyze supply chain performance, and prepare regular reports for management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in supply chain or logistics, preferably in healthcare or pharmaceutical trading.
- Strong knowledge of import regulations and healthcare compliance standards.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel; experience with SAP or Oracle is a plus.
