Responsibilities:
- Prepare various kinds of Financial Reports such as Balance Sheets, Profit and Loss Statements, Cash Flow Statements, Consolidation Report and other related reports including provide accurate and timely Accounting-Closing
- Efficiently plan Tax Strategies and Tax Submission
- Lead in Budgeting, Financial Forecasting and Financial Modeling Processes, and monitor Financial Performance (FP&A) against KPIs and deliver actionable insights
- Provide “Strategic Financial Leadership” by developing and executing Financial Strategies aligned with corporate goals, providing Financial Insights and Recommendations to support management team’s decision-making, and Partner with the CEO and board of directors on long-term planning and growth initiatives (Plan to go for “IPO” in the future.)
- Manage and control "Financial and Accounting processes to be aligned with company policies
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
- Plan and control accounting and tax processes to ensure accuracy and timely submission including enhance internal control and accounting system to be better and standardized
- Responsible for leading, coaching and managing the team to achieve goals and plans effectively and on time.
Qualifications:
- Graduated with Bachelor of Accounting or higher
- 8+ years of experience in an Accounting Manager & Financial role
- Hold a “CPD License and a CPA License” is a Must!
- Knowledge of Accounting Principles, Taxation, and Internal Controls with background from Retail or Retail Branch or Service Businesses would be an Advantage!
- Attention-To-Detail, Team-Leader, Strategic Thinking, Hands-on, Mature, Good Communication & Presentation skills and Solid Coaching & Supervising skills
- Fair command of English
